My name is Sarah Cunningham and I am a fifth year student at the University of Cincinnati. I am majoring in mechanical engineering. I am fascinated by the way things work and the intricacies of everyday life. I was that kid that tried to figure out how a rubix cube was made before trying to figure out how to solve it. I am very detailed oriented which is beneficial with my other passion, art. I love drawing and painting what I see and experience around me. I also like to work with my hands, because for as long as my hands are kept busy so is my brain. Nothing makes me more excited than when I am discovering or making new things.
My goal in my education is to mix together my abilities to create art with engineering. While some people may say that art and engineering are polar opposites, I see where they overlap. They are both all about problem solving, observation, and innovation.
